Damaged/Broken ItemsUpdated a month ago

If you received damaged item(s), then Protect+ Insurance is required for a replacement. Submitting your claim with Protect+ is easy! All you have to do is file a claim through the confirmation emails that were sent to you from [email protected] , and from there, Protect+ will handle the rest. (Unless it is a reoccurring order TBD) File claim at claims.protectplus.io - Customers have 15 days from the delivered date to inset claim. 

If you do receive a broken item and do not have Protect+ you have 48hrs to reach out ([email protected]) and we are to issue Store Credit in the amount of the broken item. When you reach out you must have pictures of the broken/damaged item(s).
