If you received damaged item(s), then Package Protection Insurance is required for a replacement. Submitting your claim with Route is easy! All you have to do is file a claim through the confirmation emails that were sent to you from [email protected], and from there, Route will handle the rest.

If you DO NOT have PP+,  you have 48hrs to reach out ( [email protected] ) and we are to issue Store Credit in the amount of the broken item. When you reach out you must have pictures of the broken/damaged item(s).
