I JUST RECEIVED A RECURRING CHARGE FROM MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AND I NO LONGER WANT TO RECEIVE SUBSCRIPTION BOXES, CAN I REQUEST TO CANCEL THE ORDER?

As mentioned in your Subscription Contract, all subscription orders will renew automatically depending on which frequency plan was selected during sign up. You may cancel at any time BUT if you've already been billed for the current month, you'll still receive this month's box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle. (Customer will need to log on to their account to cancel)

            If you aren't interested in receiving this month's box, as an alternative we can give a store credit or a past box ! (No Refunds
            If the shipping label has been created and a tracking email was sent, WE WILL NOT be able to stop the order from shipping out. Please just REJECT the package and our returns department will be able to process a return refund once the order reaches our distribution facility.
