I'M NO LONGER INTERESTED IN RECEIVING MY STORE ORDER, CAN I REQUEST TO CANCEL THE ORDER?

Yes, we can attempt to cancel the unfulfilled store order if an email request is sent to cx@hemper.co and as long as the order has NOT BEEN fulfilled yet by our shipping department. 

( If you choose to change your mind after ordering an item you have 7 hours to cancel the order. Any thing after is at risk to be shipped. ) 

            If the shipping label has been created and a tracking email was sent, WE WILL NOT be able to stop the order from shipping out. Please just REJECT the package and our returns department will be able to process a refund once the order reaches our distribution facility.
